Derek was very attentive to what I was looking for in a 2023 Tundra. He and his manager were able to find the vehicle that had the options I wanted and I was able to reserve the vehicle. Other delerships were not as helpful. Although the paperwork was plenty between the salesman and Finance, both Derek and Ricardo (finance manager) were patient in addressing our questions along the way. All-in-all a good experience.
